Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2022
  1. INTRODUCTION

At Pearproof Inc. (“Pearproof”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) we recognize that privacy is very important, and we value the privacy of our website users (“users”, “you”, “your”). In this privacy policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information that we obtain about users of our website pearproof.com (“Site”) and the services available through our Site, such as purchasing or acquiring non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”). Collectively, the Site and the services available therein are the “Services”. This Policy also outlines your rights and choices regarding the personal information collected about you. We are affiliated with Pearpop, Inc. (“Pearpop”), and some of our Services may rely on Pearpop functionality.

Applicable Terms. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy, the respective terms of use (the “Terms”) between you and Pearproof or Pearpop, and any other relevant agreements or terms which are entered into between you and Pearproof. The applicable Terms are incorporated by reference into this Policy, including their applicable limitations on liability and the resolution of disputes. By disclosing your personal information to us or using our Services, you understand and agree that Pearproof may collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Terms.

Use of Digital Wallets. To access certain features of the Services you will need your own Phantom, Torus or other Solana-compatible digital wallet (“Wallet”) account, which may involve using a Wallet provider. The Wallet enables you to acquire NFTs. In addition, the Wallet enables you to access NFTs that you have purchased or received, though Pearproof is not involved in this process. Pearproof does not control or design your selected Wallet, and any relationship you may have with a Wallet provider is not with Pearproof. Pearproof assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions you take using or interacting with a Wallet. You should consult any applicable Wallet provider privacy policy and terms of use before you create a Wallet using their service. We also receive certain information from your Wallet when you interact with Pearproof using the Wallet, as described further below.

When you interact with your Wallet other than as provided in the Services—such as when you use your Wallet to engage in subsequent transactions with NFTs—you are not interacting with Pearproof. In addition, your NFTs are hosted on a blockchain network operated by a third party/parties and not Pearproof. Pearproof has no control over your activities or interactions with the blockchain on which your NFTs are hosted.
